All the Information You Need to Know

Do you provide free consultations before we decide on a home care professional?

Yes, We do provide free consultation during our assessment step to help you determine and customize the best care plan for your needs.

Who needs home care?

Anyone who feels that their time would be better spent on the things they enjoy instead of struggling through tasks they find difficult. This could be a senior who is tired of doing the vacuuming, someone who needs some assistance getting dressed in the morning so they can go out and enjoy their day, or someone caring for a loved one that needs a few hours off to do something for themselves. Home care services are flexible to meet the very personal needs of each individual.

Are your services conflicting with the government?

No. Our services begin where the government funded home care program ends, and we work in collaboration with them.

With their extensive training and certifications, our professionals ensure that our clients receive the best possible care to help them regain their independence.

Most of our clients receive care in their own home; however we can provide additional care to clients in Long Term Care or Assisted living facilities, hospitals, and Adult Day Care programs.

The one who is compassionate about the clients, listen and care about their needs. Who understand that each client is unique and requires different levels of assistance. Team which provide tailored and professional care services that will benefit both the client and their loved ones.

Our services are tailored to private citizens, and are not covered by government health care plans. However, many clients may be eligible for coverage through private insurance or Veteran’s Affairs.  We often hear about the “sticker shock” of home care services, and understand that care can be expensive for families. We work hard to find sustainable solutions for families.

Are your caregivers bonded and insured?

Yes, absolutely. All employees are covered by workplace insurance, in case of an accident or injury while working in a client’s home. You don’t have to worry about covering any out of work expenses.
